Description

Horizon CX is a consultancy that works exclusively with Salesforce, across all its clouds and capabilities, from Sales Cloud to Agentforce. It is headquartered in Madrid, has its regional hub in Bogotá and offices in eight Latin American countries.

Its pitch is specialization: a leadership team with years on the platform that stays involved in every project. The website had to convey that to companies in Spain and Latin America, in their own language.

Challenge

It was a new brand, with an identity built on a geometric monogram, and the homepage had to live up to it: in Salesforce consulting everyone says the same thing, and the first impression is what sets one apart.

On top of that came a clear request from the Spanish team: close the scope in a few weeks and leave the site ready to grow in content —success stories, articles— without depending on new development for each publication.

Solution

For the homepage we designed our own animation: a fifteen-second loop in which glass pieces refract, drift and finally assemble following the geometry of the monogram, the brand’s eighteen triangles. We started from keyframes built on the brand identity manual, and rebuilt the monogram as a vector by measuring its geometry so that the animation, the logo and every other piece came from the same source.

Development shipped in two stages so as not to hold up the launch. First the institutional part: home, about us, services, where we are, careers and contact. Then the self-managed part: the Agentforce and Salesforce pages, the success-story portfolio with its metrics, and the blog with filterable categories.

The whole site works in Spanish and English, with the team and the offices in each country presented in their own section.

  • Hero animation built on the monogram’s geometry
  • Monogram rebuilt as a vector from the brand manual
  • Bilingual site, Spanish and English
  • Self-managed success-story portfolio, with metrics
  • Blog with filterable categories
  • Agentforce and Salesforce pages
  • Team and offices by country

Impact

The site went live in October 2026, within the planned two months. The homepage opens with a piece that looks like no other consultancy’s in the ecosystem, and that comes from the brand itself rather than a stock library.

The Horizon team publishes success stories and articles on its own. The Agentforce page, for example, was added at the close of the project without touching the structure: the foundation is ready so that growing is a matter of content.
