Warranty
All developments carried out by Grupo Vansur come with a 12-month warranty.
The warranty covers defects or pending adjustments that have not been resolved during development, ensuring the correct functioning of the project according to the original scope.
The client can receive three types of users upon completion of the development: Store Manager, Editor, and Administrator.
The «Store Manager» and «Editor» roles allow for content administration and modification as intended. The «Administrator» user grants full access to the development code and its functionalities.
For the warranty to be valid, the development must be running on Grupo Vansur's servers, and the client must not have used the «Administrator» user at any time or not have one.
Any modification made under the «Administrator» user or the execution of the development on servers other than Grupo Vansur's invalidates the warranty established above.
The warranty does not cover design modifications or new functionalities once the development has been approved and completed.
Development times
The development period begins when the client sends the requested initial requirements, makes the corresponding payment, and the kickoff meeting is agreed upon. Any delay in any of these steps may extend the delivery time.
If the development is delayed by more than 3 months due to client inaction, it must be paid in full to maintain the original delivery conditions. Subsequently, the client will have up to 3 additional months to complete the information and receive final adjustments. After this period, the project will be considered delivered, and any subsequent modification will be quoted separately.
If the client's inaction exceeds 3 months and they subsequently require continuing the project, Grupo Vansur may update the costs according to current market values.
If the project's payment schedule is established according to fixed deadlines or project stages, compliance with these deadlines is essential to maintain the agreed conditions. In case of non-compliance, Grupo Vansur may modify delivery times and/or update the values of the stages and deliverables according to current commercial conditions.
Corrections and modifications
Correction stages are established according to each project and are explicitly detailed in the commercial proposal and implementation plan.
Any modification requested outside of what was commercially agreed upon or after the project delivery will be considered an evolutionary change and must be estimated according to the established commercial conditions.
Orders and inquiries
To ensure proper customer service and expedite the resolution of inquiries, technical inquiries, those regarding billing, modifications, and advice will not be addressed via WhatsApp, phone call, or email from Grupo Vansur team members without a prior appointment.
Orders, inquiries, and advice regarding a developed and finalized product must be made through the channels indicated by the company.
Hosting
Grupo Vansur provides shared and private web hosting, so the client cannot access an internal control panel that allows them to manage it autonomously. All internal server configuration actions (DNS Management, Backups, installations, emails, etc.) must be requested and provided by Grupo Vansur according to the scope of the contracted plan.
The client may have their own server or one contracted independently of the agency to develop their projects. If this is the case, Grupo Vansur is not responsible for the operation of said server nor for managing its configurations or inquiries. Everything related to services provided by third parties is not the responsibility of the agency.
.com Domains
All domains acquired and renewed by Grupo Vansur will be registered in the name of the client or their company without exception. Grupo Vansur is only responsible for their purchase, administration, and renewal.
In case of transfer to another domain registrar, Grupo Vansur is not responsible for said operation nor for the costs it may incur.
In case of debt for a service rendered, Grupo Vansur may withhold the domain from a possible transfer until the debt is settled.
In case of debt for a service rendered, Grupo Vansur may cease to renew the acquired .com domain. It will become public domain once released.
Grupo Vansur does not acquire, administer, or renew geolocated domains (e.g., .com.ar, .co, .es). These must be acquired by the client and then delegated to the corresponding server.
Outstanding balance
If there is an outstanding balance for the development of graphic pieces already delivered, the client is prohibited from using said pieces until the corresponding amount is settled.
