Description

Bhassa is the official Toyota dealership for the province of La Pampa and western Buenos Aires, with branches in Santa Rosa, Trenque Lauquen and General Pico. It sells vehicles and runs the full after-sales operation: official workshop, genuine parts and accessories.

An official dealership works under a constraint an ordinary site does not have: the brand is not theirs. The models, the photographs, the spec sheets and even the colours come from Toyota, and the site has to respect them. What belongs to the dealership is everything else: the branches, the financing, the savings plan, the after-sales.

Challenge

The previous site could not keep up with how many businesses Bhassa carries. The contact forms were failing — enquiries were not arriving, which in a dealership means lost sales — the catalogue did not cover Toyota’s full range, and the industrial-equipment unit lived on a separate subdomain with its own out-of-date content.

There was a routing problem too: with three branches, an enquiry landing in a general inbox forces somebody to read it and forward it. On a car purchase, that bounce costs.

Solution

We built a single site carrying every business. The catalogue covers the twenty models in the range with their imagery and spec sheets, organised by segment — cars, pick-ups, SUVs, commercial, sports and electrified — so that whoever arrives knowing what they want gets there fast, and whoever arrives browsing can wander.

The quote form does the heaviest lifting. The prospect picks a model, says whether they want new, a savings plan or used, states whether they are trading a vehicle in, and chooses a branch. That last choice is what removes the bounce: the enquiry goes straight to the team that will handle it. And particular care went into form delivery, which was the problem that had to be fixed at the root.

Within the same build we folded in the Industrial Equipment micro-site, with its own catalogue, search and filters, a per-product enquiry form and its own about, after-sales and contact pages. And the site was integrated with Toyota’s subscription API — a connection that required working side by side with the brand’s provider to clear a geographic block that kept the production server from reaching the service.

  • A catalogue of all 20 models by segment, with spec sheets
  • Quote form covering model, deal type, trade-in and branch
  • Every enquiry routed to the chosen branch
  • Industrial Equipment micro-site with catalogue, search and filters
  • Integration with Toyota’s subscription API
  • Self-managed blog with migration of the existing articles
  • Financing, savings plan and after-sales with their own content

Impact

Bhassa stopped having one site per business unit and now has a single site carrying all of them, with Toyota’s identity respected and their own content under their control.

What shows most is the simplest thing: the forms arrive. Every enquiry comes in through the quote form with the model, the deal type and the branch already filled in, and lands with the right team without anyone having to forward it.
